HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Your Role:
- Is responsible for the administrative support and day to day operations of the TMH Child Care Centers.
- Assists in administrative functions required to maintain day to day operations of the department.
- Shall be available to advise and assist.
- Possesses knowledge of early childhood development and clerical and administrative skills to perform Center operations.
- Assists in supervising staff and working with patrons of the Center.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:
Required Education:
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Required Experience:
- Three (3) years classroom and supervisory experience.
Preferred Experience:
- Directly related supervisory experience as Director or Assistant Director.
- Other training or special skills include strong communication, human relations, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
Required Certification/License/Registry:
- 45 hours FL Department of Children and Families (DCF) training including passing the competency examination, Child Development Associate (CDA) and Director’s Credential issued by DCF.
