Job Description Summary:
Overview
The Child Care Associate is responsible for the supervision of children and quality control in the Wellness Center''s childcare services facility. He/ she must have the ability to supervise and provide a safe, secure, and fun atmosphere for children in the child care area. The employee is subject to call back and overtime as required by the hospital.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supervision and care of children in the childcare area.
Assists childcare coordinator with collecting member satisfaction data and developing and administering surveys in relation to the childcare services.
Responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly and well- maintained childcare area.
Responsible for assisting childcare coordinator with any children''s programming May be required to assist at the front desk, assist with any member services tasks as directed by supervisor Performs related responsibilities as required or directed.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: Minimum high school diploma
LICENSURE, REGISTRATION, CERTIFICATION: BLS certification within 30 days of employment
EXPERIENCE: Must have childcare experience other than caring for your own children (infant to adolescent)
