Hours are Monday - Friday 8am-1pm, 3:45pm - 7:45pm, and weekends 8am-12pm.

As a team member at Forma Gym, you will receive:

Responsibilities ----------------

• Check children in and out
• Creating a safe environment for the children
• Playing and caring for the children
• Communicate and practice exceptional customer service standards
• Practice a clean and safe environment for staff members and children
• General cleaning of childcare area and cleaning of equipment

Requirements ------------

• Must possess or get upon hiring a valid CPR certification
• Must have excellent communication skills, positive energy, and time management skills

Compensation ------------

• $16.90 per hour
