Responsibilities:
Assist the Center Director in daily operations and management of the child care center.
Support staff in implementing educational programs and activities for children.
Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.
Foster a positive, nurturing environment for children and families.
Conduct staff training and development sessions to enhance team performance.
Oversee enrollment processes and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress.
Assist in marketing efforts to promote the center and attract new families.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a child care or educational setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate staff.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
Ability to communicate effectively with parents, staff, and children.
CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
