Child Care Center Director
Location: Kings Park, NY
Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually

The Learning Experience – Kings Park is seeking an experienced Child Care Center Director to lead our preschool. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about coaching teachers, supporting families, growing enrollment, and creating a positive, high-quality learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily center operations
- Coach and support teaching staff
- Drive enrollment and family engagement
- Ensure licensing compliance
- Oversee curriculum implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a childcare and educational leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to create a nurturing environment for all children.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong knowledge of article 47 NY (state regulations)
