Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and engage children in play and educational activities.
• Support the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and behavior.
• Help with meal preparation and snack time supervision.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
• Provide individualized attention to children as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Genuine love for children and a commitment to their development.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling.
• Background check clearance required.
