    Job Title: Child Care Product Manager

    Location: Brooklyn, NY
    Duration: 6 Months
    Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital applications and services that enhance user experiences and drive meaningful outcomes. The ideal candidate will manage products throughout their lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions based on user needs, research, analytics, and business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead digital products through the entire product lifecycle, from concept and planning through launch, continuous improvement, and ongoing support.
    • Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align business objectives, user needs, and technology capabilities.
    • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, user experience teams, and engineering teams.
    • Conduct and synthesize user research, analytics, market insights, and best practices to identify opportunities and solve complex user challenges.
    • Translate user needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements.
    • Prioritize product backlogs and feature development based on user value, business impact, and strategic goals.
    • Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) and product outcomes.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish measurable success metrics and product goals.
    • Facilitate product planning, requirements gathering, and cross-functional decision-making sessions.
    • Evaluate product performance using qualitative and quantitative data to drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure successful coordination among product, UX, engineering, and program teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
    • Identify and manage product risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
    • Champion user-centered design principles and evidence-based product decisions.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 8 years of experience in a Product Management role supporting the development and launch of digital products and features.
    • Hands-on experience managing products through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including:
      • Planning
      • Analysis
      • Design
      • Development
      • Testing
      • Deployment
      • Maintenance
    • Proven ability to manage multiple products and priorities simultaneously.
    • Strong experience using data and analytics to drive product decisions and prioritization.
    • Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, including analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
    • Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, user requirements, and success metrics.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design and product development methodologies.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
