Encompass is seeking dedicated Child Care Teachersto create engaging, play-based learning experiences that nurture curiosity, confidence, and development. Teachers design child-centered activities, provide exceptional care, and build strong relationships with families-all within classrooms that intentionally operate at lower ratios than state minimums to support higher-quality interactions and individualized attention.
