Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Engage children in educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and daily activities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willing to obtain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
