Now Hiring for the Following Positions:

Child Care Worker

Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour

Child Care Workers provide a steady, supportive presence in the daily lives of our residents. In this role, you'll help meet their basic needs, maintain a safe and supportive environment, and encourage them as they work toward their treatment goals.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid NYS Driver's License and clean driving record
• Experience working with the youth in a residential treatment setting is a plus
• Ability to provide consistent, supportive care in a structured environment

Shift Supervisor

Salary: $68,289 per year

Shift Supervisors play an important leadership role in the program. You'll supervise Child Care Workers on your shift, help keep daily operations running smoothly, and support a team committed to providing quality, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
• Valid NYS Driver's License
• Ability and confidence to drive a 12-passenger van
• Approximately two years of related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to trauma-informed and strength-based youth work
• TCI and F-07 certifications required annually
• Ability to travel throughout all five boroughs
