About the Role Team Dynamic Minds is hiring a Child Development Assistant to work one-on-one with autistic children using relationship-based, play-centered approaches. This position focuses on connection, communication, and real-life learning in the child’s home and community. Training and mentoring provided.
What You Will Do
Engage children in play and everyday activities
Support communication, social connection, and self-regulation
Follow individualized developmental plans
Build positive relationships with children and families
Write brief session notes and track progress
Receive coaching and supervision
Who We Are Looking For
Kind, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children
Experience with children required, autism experience a plus
Reliable and able to keep a consistent schedule
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
High school diploma or GED
At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
