APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS: The application attachments must include: 1. A letter of introduction; 2. A current résumé; 3. Three (3) letters of recommendation, one (1) of which shall be from the prior/immediate supervisor of the applicant; 4. Copy of credential(s); and 5. Transcripts.
