Hiring Range: This position has a compensation range that spans the salary threshold for Washington State, which means that this position may be classified as either non-exempt (hourly) or exempt (salaried), depending on the candidate's qualifications, including education, experience, and other relevant factors.
Non-Exempt (Hourly): $36.15- $38.53 per hour
Exempt (Salaried): $80,1687.40 - $93,984.80 per year

Kitsap Mental Health Services (KMHS) is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to lead our outpatient clinical teams. In this role, you will support therapists, care coordinators, peers, and other team members while ensuring high-quality services for youth and families. Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION: Master's degree in psychology, social services, or behavioral health.
EXPERIENCE:
LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION: Agency Affiliated Counselor Registration. Must meet and maintain the definition of a Mental Health Professional as defined in WAC 388-877-0500. Child Mental Health Specialist.
Preferred Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE: Expert (established subject matter expert, 7+ years of experience)
Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment. Two years' supervisory experience preferred.
LICENSURE: Washington License (LICSW, LMFT or LMHC).

REQUIREMENT: The Young Adult Transition Team clientele consists of young adults, providing assistance in areas related to housing, employment, and independent living.
SECONDARY WORKSITE: Bremerton--Evergreen Bright Start
Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, etc. Operation of a motor vehicle.
Work Environment: Office, outreach.
Mental/Physical Requirements: While performing the essential functions of the job, the employee is required to:
Sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Ascend and descend stairs and navigate indoor and outdoor environments safely.
Lift, carry, push, and pull:
Up to 10 pounds (frequently)
Up to 20 pounds (occasionally)
Up to 50 pounds (seldom)
Safely participate in crisis intervention, including implementation of approved de-escalation techniques, in accordance with training and organizational policy.
Move quickly and respond to emergencies, including rapid repositioning or short-distance movement to maintain safety and physically evade attempts at assault.
Use hands and arms for reaching, handling, and manipulation, including reaching above shoulder level.
Have visual acuity sufficient to read written materials and observe surroundings. Peripheral vision to monitor clients and the environment.
Have hearing sufficient to communicate effectively and detect environmental and behavioral cues.
Meet and maintain physical requirements demonstrated through agency-mandated training, including demonstration of ability to: maintain balance, twist torso, forward bend, pivot, sidestep, forward and backward step, and lift arms.
A sign-on bonus is a form of compensation for a new employee in addition to their established salary. Bonus amounts are prorated by FTE, and any changes to FTE before all bonus installments are paid may alter the total payout.
