Child and Family Therapist
Part-Time/ Full Time· W-2 Position Consistent Referrals
Locations: Pequannock, NJ & Westfield, NJ
Minimum Hours: 15 per week (includes 2 evenings and 1 weekend day)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate 70-90 dollars (commensurate with experience)

Love Play Grow, a thriving child and family therapy practice, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Child and Family Therapist to join our team in either our Pequannock or Westfield, NJ location. We specialize in play-based, relational therapy and help children and families build connection, resilience, and joy.

Schedule Requirements:
• Minimum 15 hours per week
• Must include 2 weekday evenings and 1 weekend day
Who You Are:
• A licensed mental health professional in NJ (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or similar)
• Experienced in working with children, teens, and families
• Knowledgeable about child development, play therapy, and trauma-informed care
• Eager to learn and grow within a creative and play-based clinical model
• Reliable, collaborative, and passionate about helping families thrive
Preferred Experience:
• Play therapy training or interest in becoming an RPT
• Experience with parent coaching, family therapy, or neurodivergent populations
