In collaboration with Child Life Specialists, Child Life Activity Coordinator provides support to patients in the hospital setting by evaluating and facilitating patient activity and events. These interventions occur at the bedside, during special events, and in the patient activity areas. The goal of the Child Life Activity Coordinator is to provide opportunities for play and to support the overall operational needs of the Child Life department.
This position will support the our 10th floor which is a 19-bed unit that houses all long-term patients either on inpatient rehab or trach/vented patients.

Provides developmental and recreational play opportunities for patients and families.
