Child Swim Instructor

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team of Swim Instructors in Richmond, VA. This position involves teaching swimming lessons to children around 6 years old in a safe and engaging manner. Applicants should enjoy working with kids and possess a strong background in swimming, as well as competitive knowledge of all four swimming strokes. The job offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with flexible hours primarily between 9 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Saturday. Candidates must be able to swim in depths ranging from 4'6" to 6'7" for at least 1.5 hours at a time, have reliable transportation, and exhibit a positive attitude and dependable work ethic. A background check will be conducted. This role provides a meaningful way to stay connected to the sport while impacting children's water safety and confidence.
