    Description

    Hybrid Community-Based Therapist

At Zarephath, we believe every family deserves the tools to thrive. We are a dedicated behavioral health agency based in the West Valley, on a mission to support children as they navigate life’s toughest challenges. We’re looking for a clinician who is passionate about meeting families where they are—both virtually and in person—to build brighter futures.

    The Zarephath Vision
Our goal is simple: optimal well-being for every child. We don't just provide "services"; we create safe, meaningful, and even fun environments where healing happens. Whether in the community or via telehealth, you’ll be the bridge that connects families to the harmony and success they deserve.

    Flexible Paths to Join Us
We know that "one size doesn't fit all" when it comes to your career. We offer multiple ways to join our team:
    • Full-Time or Part-Time: Whether you are looking for a primary professional home or a way to give back on a part-time basis, we have a spot for you.
    • 1099 Contract: Enjoy the ultimate independence, flexibility, and autonomy of managing your own business through a 1099 independent contractor agreement.
    Your Clinical Mission
As a Community-Based Therapist, you aren't just managing a caseload—you are a strategist for growth. You’ll support children and families through:
    • Holistic Therapy: Delivering individual, family, and group sessions that address trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and more.
    • Collaborative Care: Partnering with families and community agencies (like CPS and DDD) to ensure a "whole-picture" approach to healing.
    • Actionable Growth: Creating individualized treatment plans that serve as a roadmap for long-term success.
    • Continuous Learning: Participating in weekly supervision with our Clinical Director to sharpen your skills and advance your career.
    The Hybrid Advantage
We value flexibility and impact. This role allows you to balance your week between:
    • Telehealth: Connecting with families from a professional remote setting.
    • In-Person: Building deep, face-to-face rapport within the Arizona community.
What You’ll Need to Join Us
Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!).
Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.
    Age: 21+ years old.
Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Insight: Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles."
