    Position Overview
    The Child Welfare Supervisor is responsible for overseeing field staff, ensuring program compliance, and supporting service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a passion for making a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families.
     
    What You Will Do
    • Provide weekly individual supervision to staff, including case reviews and performance feedback
    • Assign referrals in accordance with program standards
    • Accompany staff to meetings, home visits, and court hearings as needed
    • Ensure quality, compliance, and timely documentation
    • Transport clients using a personal vehicle, as needed
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in child welfare or related services
    • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
    • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
    • Ability to pass required clearances and drug screening
