As the Child Youth Assessment Therapist, you will work in an outpatient setting located in Cherry Hill, Camden County NJ.
Schedule: Monday - Friday; Varied hours
Responsibilities:
Providing psychiatric emergency services and completing school clearance assessments for safe return to school, assess for ongoing treatment needs
Facilitates a resolution of the crisis within the least restrictive environment possible
Engage and assess consumer strengths and needs
Develop individual service plan to address presenting problems
Provide individual, family and group therapy address identified needs and presenting problems
Provide crisis intervention when necessary
Collaborate with other service providers
Advocate for consumers and families within all systems involved (School, CSOC, DCPP)
Provide psychoeducation
Provide supportive telephone contact with families as needed
Maintain clinical records
Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports
Attend supervision as required
Attend intra-agency and interagency meetings as required
Maintain required level of service
Develop and facilitate psychoeducational groups to school staff, families and youth

Qualifications:
NJ Clinical License (LCSW/LPC)
Master's degree (MA, MS, MSW) in a recognized mental health discipline;
Clinical experience working with individuals, and/or families;
Driver's License in good standing.
