Little Guppy's is a licensed childcare center seeking Part-time Assistant Teachersto support our Preschool/PreK classrooms!
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. A plus if you have previous childcare experience!
Required Shift: Monday - Friday, Part-time, 2-6pm
Compensation: $15-$17/hour, based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teacher in all aspects of the classroom.
- Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs; and maintaining an organized, clean, safe, and appropriately decorated classroom.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking,running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
- Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children.
