Bright Harbor in Bentonville, AR are a licensed childcare center seeking aCook/Dietary Aide!This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic candidate who is passionate about early childhood education. 

To beQUALIFIEDfor this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED,and the ability to pass all background checks. Aplusif you have previous childcare experience! 

Required Shift:Monday- Friday, 6:30am- 3:30pm

Compensation: $14-17 per hour;based on education and experience

Our Hiring Process: 

1. Resumescreen
2. Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes)
3. On-site interview with Center Director (30-45minutes)
4. Offer  

MainJob Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for preparing nutritious well-balanced meals, that meet food program requirements for items served. 
• Oversee the maintenance of a clean,orderly,and sanitary kitchen.  
• Manage monthly inventory on non-food items, such as cups, plates etc. as well as all food items needed for the food service order; disperse groceries, food service, and paper supply order to appropriate areas of thebuilding.
• Request items within budget for additional equipment needed to help maintain the kitchen andmealtimeson track and turnin request to theCenterDirector. 
• Assist in the classrooms as needed by relieving teachers for breaks and being an additional support resource. 
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing,walking,running,and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
