To beQUALIFIEDfor this position,must meet all qualifications required for a Director position.Must have demonstrated experience managing and overseeing a school or early childhood education program.Must have thorough knowledge of Pennsylvania Child Care Licensing regulations and compliance requirements.Must meet all applicable teaching qualifications.Must have working knowledge of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), Pennsylvania Keystone STARS, and Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts programs.
Required Shift:Monday - Friday,Full-time
Compensation:$16-18/hour,based on education and experience

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Program development and Teacher interaction development
- Review classroom interactions, behaviors, routines toidentifydevelopment needs andprovidesupport per CD.
- Identifytraining/resource needs in areas of program, sanitation, regulatory compliance with CD andprovidehands on support where needed orrequested.
- Assist CD with special projects and classroomenvironments
- Lesson Planning and Program development
- Incorporate developmentalobjectivesinto LP’s and oversee modification requests of staff.
- Integrate activities and developmental goals into Tadpole system and Daily Reports.
- Classroom Observations and Maintenance
- Conduct classroom observations as needed or requested by CD using current monthly observation forms.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
