Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage children in daily activities, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.
• Implement Montessori-based educational practices to promote learning through exploration.
• Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hygiene practices.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that encourages learning and play.
• Support children in developing social skills and emotional intelligence.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the curriculum and classroom experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous experience in childcare or a related field is highly desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
• Knowledge of Montessori principles is a plus.
• Must pass background checks and adhere to state licensing requirements.
• Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
