Job Description:

At Learn N' Play Care, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Childcare Lead Teacher for our Baby Room. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and enriching experience for children in our care. In this position, you will create a safe and nurturing environment for infants to learn and grow. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, and fostering the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that promote learning and development
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Build positive and supportive relationships with children and their families
• Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
• Collaborate with other team members to create a cohesive and engaging curriculum
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom
• Attend staff meetings and participate in professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, compassionate, and nurturing attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Knowledge of early childhood development principles
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
