Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a childcare or preschool setting.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
  • Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.
  • State licensing requirements for childcare professionals.
