Your Role:
- Lead a warm, engaging, and well-managed classroom.
- Implement hands-on, play-based learning experiences.
- Support children’s social and emotional growth.
- Partner professionally with families.
- Apply Montessori & Reggio practices with autonomy.
- Be a collaborative team member and mentor.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
- CDA or college coursework (6 ECE credit hours).
- 1+ year early childhood experience preferred.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A desire for stability, respect, and balance.
Pay: $18–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Positions: Full-time & Part-time
