Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and grow.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents.
• Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and training.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the community.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education.
• Relevant certifications in childcare or teaching preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and their families.
• Ability to create engaging and educational activities.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented approach.
