About the Role: Join Temple Beit HaYam Early Childhood Learning Center Inc as a Childcare VPK and Toddler Teacher, where you will inspire young minds in a nurturing environment. We are seeking passionate educators to create engaging learning experiences for our little ones in Stuart, FL.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for VPK and toddler classes.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
Monitor and assess children's development and progress regularly.
Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience.
Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Valid Florida teaching certification or Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
Background check clearance required.
