Norman Regional Health System Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a 25 bed Level III unit with a Neonatal Ground Transport Team. We focus on family-centered care. We have 5 Neonatologist on staff. We are looking for Healers who can encompass our Norman Regional Health System five care values: We a special team of Neonatal Nurses. Our mission is to serve our community as the leader in health and wellness. RN essential functions include, but are not limited to:
Assessment/reassessment - Systematically assesses / reassesses the health care needs of individuals; Involves patient, family and other healthcare providers as appropriate
Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes - Analyzes assessment to determine nursing diagnosis and expected outcomes, involving patient, family and other healthcare providers as appropriate
Implementation and Coordination of Care - Provides nursing care through interventions to achieve goals and needs using professional judgement guided by current evidence-based practice, regulations and policy
Evaluates discharge needs related to plan of care utilizing resources as needed
