Children's Home Administrator

We’re hiring a Children's Home Administrator in Lansing, Michigan who wants to build a high-impact behavioral health program while leading a growing residential treatment facility that changes the lives of children and families.
You’ll step into an onsite leadership role overseeing operations, regulatory compliance, staffing, quality improvement, and strategic growth for a Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility serving youth ages 6–17. You’ll work closely with executive leadership while maintaining significant autonomy.

What makes you a great fit
• You have a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• You hold an active Michigan professional license (LMSW preferred; LPC acceptable)
• You have leadership experience in a residential behavioral health or child welfare setting
• You understand Michigan licensing, Medicaid, and regulatory compliance
• You value accountability, operational excellence, and mission-driven leadership
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $95,000–$100,000 (consideration up to $115,000 for exceptional candidates)
