Little Medical School (presented by Amazing Athletes - the nation's number one youth enrichment provider!) brings science, medicine, and health education to life for kids through hands-on activities, role play, and fun, age-appropriate lessons. Our instructors lead morning programs with preschoolers and after-school classes with elementary-age students.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys science and education, and brings energy, patience, and positivity to every class. If you’re excited to help children learn, explore, and feel like real little doctors and veterinarians, we’d love to meet you!
Requirements
Available during 2pm-4:30pm at least two afternoons per week Mon-Fri (additional morning hours are also available!)
Must enjoy working with children and creating a fun, positive learning environment
Passion for science, medicine, education, or hands-on learning
Comfortable leading small groups of preschool and/or elementary-age children
Reliable, energetic, patient, and professional
Must be able to follow lesson plans and bring activities to life in an engaging way
Must pass a DCF background check and meet all required childcare/school clearance requirements
Reliable transportation required
