POSITION: YOUTH SOCCER COACH/INSTRUCTOR (PART-TIME)Help Kids Grow Through Soccer
Looking for a fun, flexible part-time job that makes a real impact?
Soccer Shots is hiring enthusiastic coaches to lead engaging soccer sessions for children across the Greater Austin area. Every week, our coaches help children build confidence, character, and a love for being active—all while having fun.
No advanced soccer experience required. We provide training, resources, and support to help you succeed.

This Role May Be Perfect For You If You Are...
- A teacher, education major, coach, or former athlete
- A childcare professional, camp counselor, or youth mentor
- Looking for meaningful part-time work

What You'll Do
- Lead weekly soccer sessions for children ages 2–8
- Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment
- Teach soccer skills and character-building lessons
- Communicate professionally with families and partners
- Serve as a positive role model for every child
Availability Needed
Coaches commit to a seasonal schedule (Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter).
Preferred availability:
- At least 3 half-days per week
- Minimum of 8 hours per week
Typical coaching hours:
- Mornings: 8:30–11:30 AM
- Midday: 11:30 AM–2:30 PM
- Afternoons: 2:30–5:30 PM
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass an FBI background check
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
- Coaching, teaching, childcare, or youth leadership experience preferred
- Spanish speaking is a plus
