    Description

    Super Soccer Stars is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Children's Soccer Coach to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work with small groups of children to develop their soccer skills while fostering their self-confidence, physical literacy, gross motor skills, and socialization skills. Using our best-in-class curriculum, you will provide instruction that is positive and age-appropriate, ensuring that each child is challenged and engaged. With our crib-to-college player pathway, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages and levels, from Parent & Me pre-soccer movement programs to advanced development and competitive play programs.     Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate age-appropriate drills, games, and activities.
    • Engage and motivate children through positive reinforcement, creating a non-competitive and inclusive atmosphere.
    • Ensure the safety of all participants by following company policies and procedures.
    • Communicate effectively and professionally with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
    • Attend training and development sessions to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.
    • Maintain equipment and facilities, reporting any issues promptly to management.
    • Foster a love of soccer and physical activity in children, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.

    Requirements

    • Minimum age of 18 years old.
    • Experience working with children, preferably in a sports or educational setting.
    • Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
    • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different locations.
    • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
