Location: Western Massachusetts Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Occasional Saturdays Compensation: Based on Experience | Paid Training Provided
Done Right Chimney is looking for a skilled and dependable Chimney Technician / Stove Installer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, year-round role involving chimney inspections, stove installations, and light masonry repairs. We serve a wide range of customers across Western Massachusetts, with a focus on professionalism, safety, and exceptional workmanship.
What You’ll Do:
Inspect and sweep chimney systems (wood, pellet, gas, electric).
Install chimney liners, caps, chase covers, and venting systems.
Perform minor masonry repairs (repointing, crown coating, waterproofing).
Install and service wood, pellet, gas, and electric stoves/inserts.
Diagnose venting issues and perform corrective cleanings.
Use job management software for documentation and reporting.
Maintain clean, safe, and respectful job sites.
Work at heights on ladders and rooftops as part of routine duties.
What We’re Looking For:
Background in chimney, HVAC, construction, masonry, or similar trades.
Comfortable on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working outdoors year-round.
Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn.
Available Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
