Position Overview


The Chiropractic Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the provider team, guiding patients through care plans, and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinic flow. This role blends clinical support, patient engagement, and light administrative responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities


Patient Care & Clinical Support


  •  Assist chiropractors with patient flow and treatment setup 
  •  Escort patients to treatment areas and ensure comfort 
  •  Prepare therapy modalities (e.g., e-stim, shockwave therapy, traction, hot/cold therapy) 
  •  Provide instruction on prescribed exercises and rehab protocols 
  •  Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment areas 
Patient Experience


  •  Build strong rapport with patients and create a welcoming environment 
  •  Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations 
  •  Encourage compliance with care plans and follow-up visits 
  •  Handle patient questions with professionalism and empathy 
Operations & Administrative Support


  •  Assist with scheduling and patient check-in/check-out as needed 
  •  Maintain accurate patient documentation in EMR 
  •  Coordinate with front desk and providers to optimize clinic flow 
  •  Support daily clinic operations and team communication 
Qualifications


  •  Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or medical office preferred
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  •  High level of organization and attention to detail 
  •  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  •  Positive attitude with a team-first mentality 
  •  Basic computer/EMR proficiency 
Preferred (Not Required)


  •  Experience with personal injury patients 
  •  Familiarity with rehab exercises or therapy modalities 
  •  Background in fitness, kinesiology, or healthcare
