Chiropractic Assistant – CA (Float)
Our client provides a supportive, team-oriented environment focused on delivering excellent patient care and helping patients recover from injury and pain. We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused Chiropractic Assistant to support our Bradenton and Sarasota clinic.
The Position:
We are currently seeking an experienced Chiropractic Assistant to support both clinical and administrative operations within the clinic. The CA will work closely with chiropractors and the care team to ensure efficient patient flow, accurate documentation, and a positive patient experience. Responsibilities include assisting with patient intake, X-rays, re-exams, treatment support, scheduling, and maintaining clinic organization. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist chiropractors with patient intake, histories, and EMR documentation
- Perform X-rays and maintain the X-ray room
- Support re-exams and document patient progress
- Educate patients on treatment plans and therapies
- Assist with DME fitting, dispensing, and patient education
- Support patient flow and clinic efficiency
- Help with scheduling, phones, and front desk support as needed
- Maintain inventory and organize clinic supplies
- Ensure professionalism, organization, and excellent patient service
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
- Participate in cross-training and clinic support activities
Requirements:
- Monday – Thursday schedule
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of Chiropractic Assistant experience preferred
- Experience with EMR/documentation systems
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, organized, and patient-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Must meet Florida AHCA background screening requirements
