The Chiropractic Assistant plays an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting both practitioners and patients, and contributing to a positive, efficient clinic experience.



Key Responsibilities:
 • Greet patients warmly and professionally
 • Assist with patient intake, appointment scheduling, and check-outs
 • Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms after each visit
 • Support chiropractors with basic administrative tasks
 • Manage patient flow to ensure appointments run on time
 • Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times
 • Light clerical duties including data entry into our electronic health records (EHR) system



Preferred Qualifications:
 • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
 • Team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer service
 • Basic computer skills; familiarity with EHR systems is a plus
 • Prior experience in a chiropractic office, medical office, or customer service role is helpful but not required
 • Interest in wellness and holistic healthcare is a plus!
