    Company Description Great Lakes Chiropractic and Natural Health is a long-established family-owned chiropractic practice serving the Brown Deer and greater Milwaukee community for over 35 years. Led by Dr. Richard Ranicke, a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, the clinic has cared for more than 8,000 new patients since opening in 1991. The practice focuses on neuromusculoskeletal conditions and offers experienced care for issues such as lower back pain, neck pain, whiplash, shoulder and arm pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, and knee disorders. Team members join a patient-centered environment that values optimism, experience, and effective treatment outcomes. Staff play a key role in supporting both clinical care and a welcoming experience for every patient.

    Role Description The Chiropractic Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based at Great Lakes Chiropractic in Brown Deer, WI. The schedule is flexible with mornings (8am-noon), afternoons (2-6pm), or a combination available. We are seeking a positive, health-oriented, and personable individual to join our chiropractic office as a part-time assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to be part of a friendly, wellness-focused environment.

    Duties include

    • Answer phones and assist patients with questions
    • \n
    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
    • \n
    • Greet and assist patients in a friendly, professional manner
    • \n
    • Assist the doctor with patient care and office procedures
    • \n
    • Enter patient charges and maintain accurate records
    • \n
    • Order and organize office supplies
    • \n
    • Perform general administrative and office duties
    • \n
    • Help maintain a welcoming, organized office environment
    • \n

    • Previous chiropractic or medical office experience is not required — we will train the right individual.
