    Our growing chiropractic and wellness office is seeking an energetic, organized, and relationship-focused Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Financial Coordinator to join our team.

    This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, staying organized, and helping patients move forward with care that can improve their health and quality of life.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Welcome patients and create an outstanding patient experience
    • Present and explain recommended care plans and financial arrangements
    • Help patients understand payment options and financing solutions
    • Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
    • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, missed visits, and care recommendations
    • Coordinate scheduling and patient communication
    • Support front desk operations and daily office flow
    • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
    • Work closely with doctors and team members to ensure excellent patient care
    • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed

    Preferred Experience

    Experience in any of the following areas is highly valued:

    • Chiropractic offices
    • Medical or dental practices
    • Physical therapy clinics
    • Wellness or fitness centers
    Healthcare experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who possesses strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help others.
