Chiropractic Therapy Assistant

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time

Keystone Chiropractic is seeking a full-time Chiropractic Therapy Assistant to join our team! We are looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable individual who enjoys working directly with patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, assist the chiropractor with treatments and therapies, and help ensure the daily operations of the practice run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and complete the intake and check-in process.
• Manage provider schedules and patient flow to ensure appointments stay on time.
• Assist the chiropractor during patient care and procedures.
• Perform prescribed therapeutic treatments under the direction of the chiropractor.
• Provide patient education and distribute educational materials as instructed.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms and therapy equipment.
• Sterilize equipment as needed.
• Keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming throughout the day.
• Perform additional administrative and clinical duties as assigned.
   

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical office, physical therapy, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
