Chiropractic Associate – Growth & Business Development


The Vitality Center is seeking a passionate, motivated Chiropractic Associate to join our growing, patient-centered practice. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career chiropractor looking to establish a successful clinical career while developing business and leadership skills.


We are looking for someone who wants to become more than just an employee. In addition to providing exceptional chiropractic care, the ideal candidate will help expand our community presence, develop new patient relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. As responsibilities and contributions increase, there will be opportunities for performance-based wage increases and expanded leadership within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional chiropractic care in alignment with The Vitality Center’s standards of excellence.
• Perform comprehensive examinations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide consistent follow-up care.
• Build lasting relationships with patients while promoting long-term wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records using ChiroTouch Cloud (training provided if needed).
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in community outreach, workshops, networking events, and marketing initiatives to help grow the practice.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve patient experience, operations, and business development.
• Attend team meetings and actively contribute to practice growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college.
• Active (or eligible for) New York State chiropractic license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient-first mindset with a positive, professional attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in helping grow a modern, collaborative chiropractic practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience with ChiroTouch Cloud is a plus but not required.
• Interest in family chiropractic, wellness care, and community engagement.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
