CHMC- Med Surg- RN Supervisor- Full Time- Night Shift- 7p-7aReq 9610 Pay range $46.28-$61.33 Job Summary: Maintains quality patient care through effective management of the activities of Patient Care Services staff during his/her assigned shift. In the absence of Administration, has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions. REPORTS TO: VP of Nursing EDUCATION: Required: Minimum of associates degree and five years experience as a registered nurse Preferred: Bachelors degree and three years experience LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Valid New York State registered nurse license. Successful completion of both BLS and ACLS courses TRAINING and EXPERIENCE: Required: Patient care experience in multiple practice settings desirable Preferred: leadership experience preferred. The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
