POSITION: Chippens Hill Middle School Unified White Hornets Team
POSITION TITLE: HEAD COACH
REPORTS TO: The Director of Athletics, who provides a final evaluation to the superintendent.
SUMMARY: To instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success while at the same time helping the athlete to achieve an appreciation for the values of discipline, sportsmanship, and an increased level of self-esteem.

Updated CPR/First Aid training approved by Connecticut State Department of Education.
Has the ability to organize and supervise a total sports program.
Has substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport.
