Job Summary

Chop Tree Service is seeking an experienced SkyTrimmer / Jarraff Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience operating high-reach tree removal equipment and a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism. This is a position on a long term contract that has great growth potential. 

Responsibilities

• Operate SkyTrimmer and/or Jarraff equipment for large and hazardous tree trims/removals

• Perform precise tree cutting in residential, commercial, and roadside environments

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance

• Coordinate with ground crews to ensure safe and efficient job execution

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations

• Maintain a clean and professional worksite

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating SkyTrimmer and/or Jarraff equipment required

• Knowledge of tree removal techniques and safety procedures

• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if applicable)
