Position Description
deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a CICD Pipeline Engineer. We are seeking an experienced CICD Pipeline Engineer to join the Agile Portfolio Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing implementing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines. The role requires proficiency in various automation and orchestration tools specifically Kubernetes and Argo CD. The candidate should possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to ensure robust and scalable CICD solutions are delivered.
Key responsibilities include
Design implement and maintain CICD pipelines to support continuous integration continuous delivery and continuous deployment processes.
Work with Kubernetes to manage containerized applications and ensure efficient orchestration and scaling.
Utilize Argo CD for continuous delivery operations ensuring deployments are automated and efficient.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and ensure streamlined deployment processes.
Monitor and optimize the performance of CICD pipelines identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Maintain documentation and provide training and support to development teams on CICD best practices and tools.
Target salary range 120000 - 160000. This target salary represents an estimated range for this position based on experience degree and other factors.

Education Requirements
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Experience Requirements
At least 7-10 years of industry experience in devsecops or cloud architecting with a focus on CICD processes.
Proven experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI CircleCI etc.
Extensive experience with Kubernetes including setting up managing and scaling clusters.
Proficiency with Argo CD or similar CD tools like Spinnaker or Flux.
Solid experience with cloud services AWS Azure GCP and infrastructure as code Terraform CloudFormation.
Ability to work in an AgileScrum environment.
Special Skills Desired
Excellent scripting and automation skills Python Bash or similar languages.
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
