C&I Lending Transactional Finance Attorney

HumanHire is partnered with a well-established full-service Law Firm to find a C&I Lending Transactional Finance Attorney to join their growing team in Uniondale, NY. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated commercial finance and lending transactions.

• Pay: Up to $220K Base Salary plus Bonus
• Bonus: Up to $30K Annual Billable Hour Incentive Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of commercial finance and lending transactions.
• Draft and negotiate financing and transactional documents.
• Advise clients on deal structure, collateral, and related legal matters.
• Manage due diligence and coordinate transactions through closing.
• Work directly with lenders, borrowers, and other parties throughout the transaction process.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Transactional and/or Commercial Finance experience
• Experience with C&I lending, asset-based lending, or commercial finance
• New York and/or New Jersey Bar Admission required; Florida is a plus
• Familiarity with UCC secured transactions preferred
