We are looking for a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor with deep IBM CICS expertise to serve as a technical leader, driving the design, engineering, and evolution of complex enterprise mainframe solutions. Responsibilities
Lead the design, engineering, and implementation of complex CICS infrastructure solutions that support enterprise business objectives.
Provide technical leadership for large-scale mainframe initiatives, guiding projects from strategy through execution.
Build, support, and continuously improve highly available CICS environments across the enterprise.
Partner with application development teams and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that improve performance, resiliency, and operational efficiency.
Diagnose complex infrastructure and application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective long-term solutions.
Install, configure, maintain, and optimize CICS and associated system software products.
Contribute expertise in:
CICSPlex System Manager (CPSM)
DB2 Data Sharing
MQ Shared Queue Managers
REXX
z/OS
Provide guidance and consultation to a large and diverse application development organization.
Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support for high-priority production events as needed.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 123,500 - 205,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
