JOB TITLE: Cinema Technical Operations Coordinator (part-time) LOCATION: Burbank, CA (occasional support in Hollywood required) DURATION: 3 months RATE RANGE: $32/hr
Job Description:
We are seeking a Cinema Technical Operations Coordinator to provide temporary support during awards season, a period of increased screening activity, partner engagement, and operational demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site support for screenings and events.
Operate and monitor cinema projection and audio/video equipment.
Support daily screening room operations and scheduled screenings.
Serve as a point of contact during screenings and events.
Assist with basic troubleshooting of screening room technology and playback systems.
Maintain schedules, records, reports, and operational documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality experience for clients and partners.
Coordinate screening schedules and requests from internal teams and partners.
Support vendor coordination and administrative processes.
