Job Title: CIP/SIP Cleaning Validation Engineer
Location: Hopewell, NJ
Job Summary:
The CIP/SIP Cleaning Validation Engineer will support validation activities for cleaning systems and equipment in a pharmaceutical environment. This role focuses on protocol development, system optimization, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAT, system walkdowns, and design reviews for CIP/SIP and related equipment
- Author and execute IQ, OQ, and PQ validation protocols
- Develop and optimize CIP/COP cleaning cycles
- Perform cleaning and process validation activities
- Ensure compliance with QA standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Experience with CIP/SIP systems, PID tuning, hydraulic balance, and flow calculations
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and support flexible schedules
Preferred:
- Experience in biopharma (FDA/cGMP environment)
- Knowledge of cleaning validation principles and automation systems
