What You'll Do
- Assemble printed circuit boards and electronic components according to work instructions
- Install, position, and secure electronic parts using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Perform soldering and component placement as required
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
- Conduct basic testing and verification of assembled products
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous electronics or circuit board assembly experience preferred
- Ability to work with small components and detailed assemblies
- Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, diagrams, or work orders
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Reliable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift
